I'm Still Alive
Hi. I will revive this blog pretty soon. I got many comments and messages regarding broken links. That will be my top priority for now: fixing the links. I can't promise you new books at the moment but I will try my best to present at least one update in a week. Hopefully I can get this blog running as soon as possible.
Regards, Mahacopia

A Storm of Swords is the third novel written by George R. R. Martin for his epic modern fantasy series: A Song of Ice and Fire. There supposedly seven books in the series and the two prequels before this third volume are A Game of Thrones and A Clash of Kings. Just like its two predecessors, this book also got generally positive responses and reviews from critics. It also won couple of award. According to plan, HBO will adapt the first half for the third season of Game of Thrones television series.

Just like the first two novels, the story is still presented in unique multi-narrators. This time, the story is conveyed through the eyes of 10 main characters, added with another narrator in prologue and epilogue respectively, there is a total of twelve narrators.

The story in A Storm of Swords starts slightly before the end of its prequel, A Clash of Kings. The War of the Five Kings is still raging in the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros, with the remaining Robb Stark, Balon Greyjoy, Joffrey Baratheon, and Stannis Baratheon battling to secure their crowns. Civil war tears down the common people, the ruling House of Baratheon and the major houses of Westeros. Stannis Baratheon makes an attempt to take King's Landing but been defeated by the new alliance between House Lannister and House Tyrell. Meanwhile, a vast amount of wildlings are marching down to the Wall under Mance Rayder, with only the tiny force of the Night's Watch in its path.

The link doesn't work well. All the other books in this series work fine. But when I download this book, I get the 27kB size file instead of the ~5MB it has to be. Something wrong with this link? @_@

Hi. Could it be your connection or something? I mean maybe it got disconnected or timed out for a second or two when only 27kB was downloaded.
I just tried the link and downloaded the file from Filefactory and it worked fine. The ZIP file is 7.5 MB and after unzipping it, the PDF file is 8.3 MB.

Maybe you could try it one more time?

Yes it is a full book. It uses different page format and it's a bit denser than the original book, that's why it has fewer pages.

Hi. I just tried to download the file and unzip it. It worked fine for me.
I think the file was broken (became corrupted) during the download process, probably because some of the bytes are improperly transferred or something like that.
Try to download the file again and let me know if it works or not. If it doesn't work, I'll link you directly to the pdf version.

Hi. This is a .pdf file, so you need a software like Adobe Reader, or any software that has the ability to open .pdf files.

The link is actually working.

If you have any trouble with the shortened link in the post, try the full link below:

If you still cannot access it, you're probably having a browser or ISP issue.
