*Brief introduction to The Wise Man's Fear by Patrick Rothfuss*

In The Wise Man's Fear, in his own point of view, Kvothe tells the story of his journey he just started in becoming a hero. He describes the challenges and obstacles he had to face as he made his path to be the greatest legend in his era.

Kvothe is forced to leave the University because of an increasing contention he has with an influential member of the noble society. So he goes to find his fortune abroad. With no real destination, no money, and no company, he comes to Vintas. Even in the new place he finds himself unable to avoid being dragged into the political conflict of courtly society.

Kvothe embarks in various exciting and dangerous adventures. He reveals a plot of assassination, he has to face a rival arcanist in a heated clash, and he tries to reveal the mysterious ambush on the travelers on the King's Road. One of the adventures leads Kvothe to Fae realm, where he meets Felurian: the deadly faerie woman no man can ever resist or survive.
